Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives is a department of the Government of Manitoba,[4] overseen by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives.[5] The current minister is Stan Struthers.[2][3]

The department regulates many aspects of agriculture, food and rural life in Manitoba, including food production, food safety, consumer rights and business development.
